Preheat the oven to 175 °C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, psyllium husk, baking powder and salt. Make sure there are no lumps.

Add the egg whites and apple cider vinegar. Mix with a hand mixer for just a few seconds, until the ingredients come together.

Pour boiling water into the mixture. Mix for about 1 minute. The mixture will start to thicken and become similar to bread dough.

With damp hands, shape 6 equally sized balls. Place them on the baking tray and flatten them slightly.

Sprinkle the buns with sesame seeds and bake in the preheated oven for 45–50 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let them cool completely on a wire rack before slicing. This is crucial so the inside doesn't stay moist.
